1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Vanguard Football Lab – Soccer Academy provides youth soccer training and development programs held at:

BGC Don McGahan Clubhouse – Turf Field
430 McArthur Ave, Ottawa, ON K1K 1G6

Program dates, times, and age groups are communicated at the time of registration.
The academy reserves the right to update schedules by email or text if changes occur.

2. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

  • Registration is confirmed only after full payment and all required forms are completed.

  • Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Waitlists may be used when programs reach capacity.

  • Refunds and cancellations are governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY

  • Participants are expected to arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and warm-up.

  • Missed sessions due to illness, travel, scheduling conflicts, or personal reasons do not qualify for refunds or credits.

  • The academy is not responsible for transportation to and from the facility.

4. DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

  • Parents/guardians must drop off and pick up participants on time.

  • Coaches are not responsible for supervising children before or after scheduled program times.

  • Repeated late pick-ups may result in warnings, additional fees, or removal from the program without refund.

5. SAFETY & EQUIPMENT

Participants must:

  • Wear appropriate footwear and shin guards (where applicable).

  • Not wear jewelry or items that may cause injury.

Coaches reserve the right to remove a player from participation if:

  • equipment is unsafe

  • behaviour presents a risk

  • the participant is unfit to train

6. BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT

All players and parents/guardians must follow the Code of Conduct.

Violations may result in:

  • warnings

  • suspension

  • removal from the program without refund

7. WEATHER, FACILITY & SCHEDULING CHANGES

  • Sessions may be rescheduled, relocated, modified, or cancelled due to weather, unsafe field conditions, or facility issues.

  • The academy will make reasonable efforts to provide make-up sessions or credits if multiple sessions must be cancelled.

  • Full refunds will not be issued unless the entire program is cancelled by the academy.

8. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Vanguard Football Lab – Soccer Academy is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

9. COMMUNICATION

Important notices, schedule changes, and updates will be sent via the email and/or phone number provided at registration.

Parents/guardians are responsible for checking communications regularly.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering a child in any Vanguard Football Lab program, the parent/guardian confirms that they:

  • have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions

  • have reviewed and signed the following:

    • Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

    • Medical Disclosure & Emergency Authorization

    • Refund & Cancellation Policy

    • Code of Conduct

    • Media Consent Form (optional)

• Privacy Policy
