MEDIA / PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT

1. PURPOSE OF PHOTOS & VIDEOS

Vanguard Football Lab – Soccer Academy may capture photos and video footage during training sessions, skill drills, scrimmages, events, or ceremonies for the following approved purposes:

• Player development and training review

• Academy website and social media content

• Promotional materials (posters, reels, highlights, advertisements)

No images or video will ever be sold or used for unrelated commercial purposes.

2. TYPE OF MEDIA COLLECTED

Media may include but is not limited to:

• Group photos

• Individual player photos

• Short video clips of drills, activities, games, or celebrations

Participants will never be tagged by full name without explicit parent/guardian permission.

3. STORAGE & PROTECTION OF MEDIA

All photos and video collected by Vanguard Football Lab – Soccer Academy will be stored securely and accessed only by academy staff for approved training and promotional uses.

4. CONSENT OPTIONS

Please select one option below:

I authorize Vanguard Football Lab – Soccer Academy to photograph and record video footage of my child.
I grant permission for these images to be used for training review, academy promotion, social media, website content, and highlight materials.

☐ NO, I do not give consent

I do not authorize the academy to use any photos or videos of my child for promotional or public purposes.
I understand that the academy will make reasonable efforts to exclude my child from media content.

5. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time by emailing:

I acknowledge that previously published media may not be fully removable from all online platforms or printed materials.
