Program Policies & Legal Information
Our policies are designed to ensure safety, clarity, and a high-quality experience for every family.
Please review each policy before completing registration.
-
By registering for Vanguard Football Lab programs, you agree to adhere to all academy rules, safety guidelines, and communication requirements. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate player information, ensuring timely arrival, and maintaining respectful conduct toward coaches and other families.
VFL reserves the right to update or modify program details as needed to ensure a safe, high-quality training experience.
-
Vanguard Football Lab collects only necessary personal information to facilitate registration, communication, safety, and emergency procedures. Information is never sold or shared with external parties.
All data is securely stored and used exclusively for academy operations, including attendance, waivers, safety reporting, and program updates.
-
Refunds are available up to 14 days before the program start date.
After the 14-day deadline, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including:
• Illness or injury
• Schedule conflicts
• Dissatisfaction with the program
• Change of plans
• Player withdrawal
Spot reservations, facility bookings, and program infrastructure are secured in advance, which is why refunds cannot be issued after the cutoff date.
-
By participating in VFL programs, parents acknowledge that soccer involves physical activity and accept the inherent risks associated with athletic training.
VFL, its coaches, and its staff are not liable for injuries resulting from participation. All reasonable safety precautions are taken at each session.
-
Parents must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations prior to program participation.
This ensures coaches can maintain a safe environment and respond appropriately in case of emergencies. Failure to disclose may limit a player’s ability to participate.
-
VFL promotes a positive, respectful, and disciplined training environment.
Players and parents are expected to:
• Respect coaches, staff, and other families
• Encourage effort and sportsmanship
• Follow directions during training
• Avoid disrupting sessions
